How long will it take to get my order? 

Fashionthings will send an order within one workday after it has been placed. Different prices and delivery times apply to foreign countries.

How can I track my order?

The moment a placed order has been actually shipped out, an email stating a track and trace code will be automatically send. By means of this code it is possible to follow the status of the order concerned.

Can I change or cancel my order?

It is not possible to change or cancel an order, so always check carefully whether your order and your details are correct.

What is your return policy?

Do you need to return an item? We are obviously more than willing to help you along in that process.
Articles can be returned to the address below within 14 days after receipt of the order. All articles must be returned unworn, undamaged and, insofar reasonably possible, with the labels attached.

I have not received a confirmation, has my order been received correctly?

Occasionally it happens that the confirmation ends up with advertising. It is also possible that an error has been made when entering the e-mail address. You can assume that your order has just been received. If you still have doubts, you can always contact us via info@fashionthings.com.

What does ordering an item mean as a pre-order?

A pre- order item is an item that you can already order but will be delivered later because it's still on it's way to our warehouse. By means of ordering on a pre-order basis you have already paid for the item and reserved it. In the product description of the product you will find a delivery date. If you order more items together, everything will be sent in one time on the delivery date of the pre-order.

Can I exchange my ordered item for another item?

Ordered items can unfortunately not be exchanged for another item. The most efficient way to exchange an article is to return the item concerned and then to order the right size and colour again through the Fashionthings webshop.

Who pays the return costs?

The costs for return shipments are at the expense of the sender. Keep the proof of shipping for the return shipment within reach.

Can I shower and take a swim with the jewelry?

All our jewelry is made of (gold plated) stainless steel. A strong material of high quality. To keep your jewelry as beautiful as possible, it is wise not to shower or swim with the jewelry. We also advise you to look out for perfume and other substances that can affect the jewelry.
